BORIS-D

BORIS-D is a joint project of several federal states. The aim of the project is to provide standard land values ​​of the expert committees for property values ​​across borders in a uniform, web-based and easily accessible manner for the general public.

The application is operated in addition to the official information portals of the federal states and provides first general information on the property market.

Official information on land reference values ​​and other data from the expert committees remains expressly

reserved for the respective state portals and the locally responsible expert committees!

The depth of information also differs per federal state, since this information is a matter for the state.
